In July 2025, Childwall Sports & Science Academy hosted its annual “World in One School Week,” bringing global cultures to life across the school to celebrate the theme of belonging. Students took part in interactive workshops, creative projects, and sports activities that celebrated diversity, teamwork, and curiosity about the wider world.

One highlight of the week was Sports Day at Wavertree Athletics Centre, where students from all year groups demonstrated determination, skill, and school spirit in a series of track and field events.

Ms. Vincent, Headteacher, said: “World in One School Week is a fantastic opportunity for our students to explore different cultures, work together, and build a deeper understanding of the world around them. It’s a celebration of learning that goes far beyond the classroom.”

The week was supported by local community groups and cultural organizations, highlighting the value of partnership and collaboration in enriching students’ experiences.
